Toni's Villa
Toni’s Villa is located in the beautifully kept, gated community of Tuscan Hills, Davenport its has privacy while still being close to Disney and other major attractions. This lovely cosy, home from home 3 bed, 2 bath Mediterranean-style courtyard villa is single storey, with air conditioning providing a cool retreat. Outside, the property has its South East facing own pool , with a shady lanai and comfortable seating. This area is fully screened and looks out onto manicured lawns and tropical planting.
Heroes Vacation Home
Heroes Vacation Home is a newly constructed 3500 sq/ft 7 bedroom villa on Solterra resort which is just 13 miles away from Disney World (20 minute drive). Our villa is south facing with a beautiful Pool & Spa with an extended deck and backs on to a conservation area and a lake giving you privacy with no other homes backing on to ours.
Our home has been furnished to a high spec and has a games room that you and your family will enjoy! Downstairs we have two king rooms and upstairs an additional 5 bedrooms, 3 of them are themed rooms for the kids, we have a Harry Potter room, Disney & Marvel superheroes. All of our bedrooms have SmartTVs and we have super fast Wi-Fi-6 technology throughout the villa.

Beautiful 5 bedroom vacation villa located on an exclusive gated community just 20 minutes from Disney World Drive.
The accommodation comprises:
• Formal living / dining room, fully equipped open plan kitchen and family room;
• 5 Bedrooms: 3 US King bedrooms; 1 twin bedroom; and bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds.
• 3 full bathrooms; all the bath and shower 2 half bathrooms.
• Games room with full size pool table, air hockey, cable TV, Nintendo Wii, xBox, vintage arcade game and darts;

You will enjoy sun all day on the south-facing pool/spa and huge extended sunbathing deck with a covered lanai and lake view. There are no rear neighbours.
Your children’s safety is important to us we therefore have a child safety fence in addition to alarmed doors out to the private pool area.
Our guests enjoy the security of being on a resort with a manned gated entrance 24 hours per day which offers free use of resort facilities. Guests are welcome to join in with any activities taking place in the clubhouse.

Only 4 miles and less than 15 minutes front door to Magic Kingdom and all within a few minutes of many restaurants and shopping.
Solterra Beach Villa
Luxury Solterra Villa with Sunny South facing pool and spillover spa tub!
Our 3275 square foot, 6 bed, 5 bath home is in Solterra Resort. Approximately 13 miles/20 minutes to Disney. Enjoy the private backyard pool and hot tub with covered seating area and comfy loungers, or take a quick walk, just one block to the Resort clubhouse with water slide, lazy river and huge pool! The clubhouse also has a fully equipped workout room and tiki bar/cafe. Our kitchen has everything you need to eat in and a BBQ is included.
We have 2 king master suites with ensuite bathrooms (both with large walk in showers and one with an additional huge garden tub), and an additional room on the main floor with a king sized bed! The remaining rooms have 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 twin/1 double bed. Two large family rooms, one on main and one on the second floor. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions with full premium cable packages as well as in the lanai! Free high speed wifi internet! Games room and full laundry on main.
Goofys Golf Getaway
Our 6 bedroom, 3500 sq ft Villa built in 2016 has been furnished to an executive standard but with the fun element of 3 Disney themed bedrooms and a games room. With south facing extended pool and deck overlooking a conservation area, so no rear neighbours. 2 separate downstairs seating areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The extended upstairs, in addition to offering a huge loft entertainment area, means all 4 bedrooms upstairs have their own en-suite bathrooms so ideal for multiple families. The king master bedroom and Animal Kingdom themed twin room downstairs share a bathroom. The garage has been professionally converted to a games room, complete with air conditioning.
With free hi speed wireless wi-fi, free international calls to landline numbers, upgraded cable package (shows Premiership Football), two 65" 4K Ultra HD TV's as well as flat screen TV's in every bedroom and a PS4, there really is something for everyone.

Marceline Dreams villa is located on the gated community of Manor at West Haven, Davenport. We are 2.8 miles/7 minutes from Championsgate and 11 miles/16 minutes to Disney World.
Our newly designed and furnished 4 bed 3 bath home with plenty of glamorous upgrades means there is something for everyone. Two Ritz Carlton styled masters both with direct pool access and full baths and two Disney themed twin bedrooms. A calming and cozy living space with a 65" TV which leads you to an oasis outdoor area. Large sparkling pool and spa with a huge covered lanai with both loungers and a conversation area in front of an outdoor 55" TV. One of the few large houses with a fenced in backyard and no rear neighbours, perfect for lots of privacy. Lets not forget our Harry Potter themed games room!
Villa Etoile
A 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom villa located at the Solterra Resort, approximately 13 miles/20 minutes to Disney. Relax in the private pool, hot tub or covered seating area while watching your fave TV show and using the outdoor BBQ. Or, take a quick 3 minute walk to the Clubhouse with its lazy river, large pool, water slide, restaurant, and much more.
There is plenty of sunlight streaming through the double story of windows and as fans of Star Wars, the themed games room is fun for all. There are 2 king master suites with ensuite bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms have 1 king sized bed, 2 double beds and 1 twin over double bunkbed with a trundle. All bedrooms have televisions and there is a television in the loft, games room, living room and outside on the lanai.
Paradise Palms
Paradise Palms Watersong, Davenport. Is a truly 5* Contemporary 6 bedroom 51/2 bath villa sleeping 12, with HDTV’s in every room, games room, fantastic kitchen with a small cocktail bar, extended pool deck and spa backing on to a conservation area with amazing wildlife in the tranquil gated community of Watersong Davenport. A perfect retreat after busy days in the parks or malls. Have a seat poolside with a cocktail or a beer watching the sun go down.
The Clubhouse has a zero entry pool with spa, a gym, basketball and volleyball courts, cyber café, sports courts, putting green, picnic areas and a children’s playground. We have a beautifully furnished, immaculate, 5 bedroom, 5 bath villa in Solterra Resort gated community. 15-20 min from Disney. 2 of the 5 bedrooms are King Master suites. South facing pool/jacuzzi, not overlooked with extended pool deck. Gorgeous bright, white kitchen. Theater room. Game room (fooseball, air hockey, PS4, XBox One). Streaming with natural light and cathedral ceilings. Laundry room in our home. The Watersong Residence
Our Luxury 6 bed 5 bath villa is located on tranquil gated community of Watersong. Our modern newly furnished villa has an oversized deck with south facing pool and spa, and relaxing views of the conservation area to the rear. A cinema room which has an 120” screen with surround sound and leather recliners. It has a games room complete with pool table, foosball and air hockey and a separate arcade room so you can play over 1000 retro arcade games. Modern kids appreciate our xbox one s console.
Upstairs we have the aqua suite with king sized bed and balcony, Route 66 suite with queen sized bed, the contemporary suite with king size bed, and the pink room with twin beds. Downstairs is the L’amour room with a king size bed, and a twin bedded Star Wars room. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
Sunstreams Villa
Sunstreams villa is our beautifully furnished open aspect 5 bedroom villa which has been recently refurbished throughout and is fully loaded. Sitting on a beautiful landscaped plot located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a conservation view to the rear, Sunstreams offers perfect seclusion. Sunstreams boasts a large 30 foot pool and pool deck which is not overlooked so offers total privacy to our guests, relaxing and watching the sunset over the conservation area from the first floor balcony is highly recommended.
Indoors we have two separate living areas, a soccer themed games room and first floor PS4 gaming space, so lots of room to spread out and relax.

Our beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bathroom villa in Kissimmee is perfect for visiting Walt Disney World and the rest of Central Florida's many attractions including SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. Relax by our private pool overlooking a beautiful lake. What a place to chill out from dawn to dusk.
The back of the property faces South/West and has a large private pool with a covered lanai (gazebo) where you will always find a bit of shade if you want it. The pool is in sunlight all day from about 10 o'clock every morning until sunset. Fishing is allowed on our lake and we have rods for guests use. There are also lots of public golf courses in the area.
